I grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and did my undergraduate study at the
University of Arizona. As an undergrad I did research in the lab of Prof.
Dominic McGrath, working on non-aggregating dendritic chromophores. In the
summer of 2005 I did an NSF-MDITR REU at Georgia Tech in the lab of Prof. Seth
Marder, working on the synthesis of bis-triarylamines for hole transport in
organic photovoltaics.
I joined the Moore group in 2006 and am currently working on carbon-rich
polymeric architectures. While being this awesome is a full-time job, in my
spare time I like to read, blog, draw and keep my extremely whiny cat company.
